For women in their 30s and 40s, mid career, bringing up young families, health and fitness takes backseat. With high stress levels, a natural slowing down of metabolism and weakening of bones, certain level of exercise becomes essential.

These five simple exercises by Yasmin Karachiwala, celebrity fitness trainer and pilates expert, helps you stay healthy and fit. Yasmin has trained celebs like Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor stay in shape.

You can devote 5 minutes each to do one set of each of these exercises. You can repeat them up to 3-5 times. In case you don't have enough time to do all at once, then you can break it up and perform them 3 times a day, one set each. The results will pleasantly surprise you!
