Several studies suggest that there is no ‘safe’ alcohol limit. Additionally, Indians genetically have a lower tolerance level to alcohol as compared to their Western counterparts.
Of course there are several other factors that determine how you your body takes to drinking. From your gender, age, height, weight and overall health to the amount of food you’ve eater before and after drinking - they are all determinants. However, the question still remains - how much alcohol is too much alcohol? Is it good for your body or bad? Surely one drink (or two... or several) once in a while won’t hurt, right?
