Dipika Kakar Ibrahim and Karan V Grover-led TV series, Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum is gearing up for some major celebrations in the coming days. The show’s love birds Sonakshi Rastogi (Dipika) and Rohit Sippy (Karan) are all set to tie the knot and both the families will be seen rejoicing the happy developments.
The wedding date has been fixed for next week, and the Sippy and Rastogi families can’t keep calm. In an upcoming episode, the two families will be seen dancing to the popular dance number Gallan Goodiyaan from the film Dil Dhadakne Do as they prepare for the engagement ceremony.
Karan took to his Instagram account to share the video of the dance sequence and it looks like the cast had a blast shooting this one. “Happy faces. The Sippy’s & The Rastogi’s #TheRonakshiSagai,” he wrote.
The video has been filmed in keeping with the spirit of the original track with some long uncut shots (the original Dil Dhadakne Do song was shot in one go).
In the engagement episode, we will also see Dipika, who is a big fan of Madhuri Dixit Nene, performing to the actor’s popular song ‘Chane Ke Khet Mein’ from the film Anjaam.
Rohit had asked Sonakshi to bring Madhuri as a special guest to their wedding, or else kiss him as penalty. Instead, it looks like Sonakshi herself decided to perform to a Madhuri song as a gift to Rohit.
The show’s producer Sandiip Sikcand’s mom, Veena, shared a sneak peek of Sonakshi’s Chane Ke Khet Mein look, and it seems the makers have gone the whole hog to get the styling for the song sequence as close to Madhuri’s as possible.
