Having spent almost two and a half decades ruling over Bollywood with his romantic charm, today, we all know Shah Rukh Khan as one of cinema’s biggest superstars. However, King Khan has had his small beginnings too, as he started off his career doing TV shows like Fauji and Circus way back in the 1980s.
The good news for all SRK fans is that Circus will be re-aired on Doordarshan’s DD National from 19 February. The show, which also starred Renuka Shahane in the lead along with Ashutosh Gowarikar and Pawan Malhotra revolves around the story of a Malayali circus owner, Shekharan, and was directed by Kundan Shah and Aziz Mirza.
The channel took to Twitter to announce the exciting news for all SRK fans while co-star Renuka also thanked the channel for the same.
We can’t stop wowing over how far SRK come from his Shekharan days. See this episode of Circus to see how Shah Rukh Khan looked in his early days of television.
