Yes, Johnny Depp is 52 but he looks nothing like the elderly man here. This is how Depp looks in his next film Black Mass. Johnny Depp plays a Boston gangster Whitey Bulger in the film, so he’ll be sporting this huge forehead with a receding hairline just to make his character more realistic.

And the man behind many of Depp’s on-screen looks is Joel Harlow who is known to create monsters with makeup. He is the magician behind films like Pirates of the Caribbean, Dark Shadows and The Lone Ranger among among.

Mortdecai is said to be Johnny Depp’s worst film maybe cause the moustache took away all the attention.
