Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol starrer Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge magic will never cease it seems. After ruling our hearts for 20 years, it will now be shown at the National Museum of Ethnology in Osaka, Japan.

The National Museum of Ethnology will screen DDLJ at the Indian Films Special Screening event with new Japanese subtitles as part of celebrating the renewal of its South Asian gallery as well as the 20th year anniversary of the iconic film.

DDLJ has just added another feather in its already loaded cap. It is the only Hindi film that will be screened at the festival, which usually shows films in all Indian languages.
Mumbai’s Maratha Mandir which has almost become synonymous with this film has paid tribute to this eternal romantic saga by screening it for 1000 weeks and finally putting it a stop in February this year.
