Isn’t it annoying whenever a celebrity uses the ‘I-am-a-celebrity-so-everyone-must-succumb-to-my-whims’ card? Because that is exactly what Payal Rohatgi did when she was prevented from boarding her flight recently, since she reportedly reached the boarding gates late. First listen to the former Bigg Boss contestant’s rant on a Facebook Live here:

Now, let’s assume that the airlines did wrongly offload Payal and her partner Sangram Singh from the flight, here’s why the starlet’s rant still sounds ridiculous:

“Act of Secularism”! WTF?

What’s with naming the airlines’ ground staff - Nadeem and Abdul - identifying them to be “Muslim guys” and asking whether their preventing her from boarding the flight was a “secularism act”? How exactly does your religion or theirs come into play here by any stretch of imagination?

Payal went on to tweet her petty thoughts as well:

“Maybe This Plane Was Supposed to Crash”! Really?

It’s one thing to be angry and outraged about something that’s happened to you and totally another thing to wish evil upon innocent, unsuspecting passengers on a plane that you just got offloaded from. Ms Rohatgi, you need more than just yoga to get your life, thoughts, and tongue under control.

And yes, we’d really like to see you take an Indian Airlines flight next time.

Social media saw through Ms Rohatgi’s warped attitude towards the whole incident and took on the actress:

Kudos Jet Airways, you won’t ever have to tolerate Payal Rohatgi again.
