India’s indie music sensation Prateek Kuhad’s popularity is growing by the day. Before his fans were over his new album Cold Mess, he dropped a new song for season 2 of Little Things which is set to stream on Netflix.
Pause is a lyrically nostalgic rendition of modern relationships. The music video directed by Reema Sengupta exhibits how relationships can be precariously balanced, as leads of the show Dhruv and Kavya try and find theirs.
Prateek also talks about his latest ‘house gig tours’ in different cities of India. He went to different cities like Ahmedabad, Indore, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Lucknow, Chandigarh and more to perform in people’s living rooms and that was a major hit. Just him and his guitar. When asked about why he didn’t perform in the larger cities of India like Mumbai, Pune or Bangalore where he enjoys such a large fan base he said-
I have done the house tours in Delhi earlier and handling these gigs in these big cities is a huge pain. We almost got 2000 mails from one city so I can’t handle that.Prateek Kuhad
Little Things is the highly relatable story of an everyday couple, Dhruv Vats (Dhruv Sehgal) and Kavya Kulkarni (Mithila Palkar), who navigate the complicated world of relationships, careers, and aspirations in the fast-paced city of Mumbai, while always cherishing the little things that make life worth living.
Season 2 of the popular series is all set to stream on Netflix from October 5, 2018.
