The latest song from Salman Khan’s upcoming film Bharat is a peppy but melancholy number titled ‘Turpeya’.

Watch the song here:

The song sequence shows Salman as a sailor in the Indian navy who is stationed on foreign shores. In between bhangra steps, Salman’s character recalls his life as a young boy in India and dreams of the love he left behind – in this case, Katrina Kaif. He also attends a church wedding where he pictures Katrina in a white wedding dress, only to have her disappear before his eyes. The song also features a performance by Nora Fatehi.

‘Turpeya’ has been performed by Vishal and Shekhar and Sukhwinder Singh and penned by Irshad Kamil.
