The much-awaited trailer of YRF’s Thugs of Hindostan is finally here. Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the trailer is set against the backdrop of the British Raj, with Amitabh Bachchan’s thugs crew butting heads with Lloyd Owen’s East India Company. Acting as a crook between them is Aamir Khan as ‘Firangi’ Azad. Fatima Sana Sheikh and Katrina Kaif also make brief appearances in the action-packed and CGI-loaded trailer.

3. SC Says No Coercive Action Against Salman Produced ‘LoveYatri’
The Supreme Court directed Thursday that no coercive action is to be taken in any part of the country against Salman Khan Ventures Pvt ltd, the producer of upcoming bollywood movie LoveYatri.
A bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra considered the submission that the movie, slated for all India release on October 5, has been cleared by the Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and despite this an FIR has been registered in Bihar and a criminal complaint is pending in Vadodara in Gujarat.

5. Kailash Teams up With Prasoon for Surgical Strikes Song
Singer-composer Kailash Kher and lyricist Prasoon Joshi have joined hands for a song on India's cross-border surgical strikes of 2016.
"I have composed and sung the song 'Mera desh meri jaan hai'. It is a surgical strikes anthem written by Prasoon Joshi. This is the Indian government celebrating the second year of surgical strikes. It is to celebrate the spirit of our soldiers," Kailash told IANS.
