Hrithik Roshan’s separation with his wife Sussanne Khan, and rumoured link up with Kangana Ranaut has been fuelling the rumour mills of Bollywood recently. While Hrithik has reportedly sent Kangana a legal notice crying ‘defamation’ for having referred to him as her ‘ex’ in an earlier comment, a missmalini.com report suggest that Kangana has now accused the actor of threatening and intimidating her for no reason.

While there’s ambiguity around who said what, a legal battle definitely seems to be unfolding between the two stars. Here’s Kangana’s response (that started this legal tussle) to a question about being asked to leave Aashiqui 3, and Hrithik’s involvement in the same-

Yes, many lame rumours are doing the rounds, even a dumbass can tell where these rumours are coming from. I don’t know why exes do silly things to get your attention. For me, that chapter is over and I don’t dig graves.

Hrithik replied to her comment via a sharp tweet saying that there are more chances of him having an affair with the pope.

We hear that by sending Kangana a legal notice via his lawyer Deepesh Mehta alleging defamation, Hrithik expects the actress to apologise publicly. Apparently he has threatened to make their personal correspondence public, if she does not comply with his demand. We also hear that Kangana is not one to be bullied into apologising. It is reported that Kangana has replied to Hrithik Roshan with a 21 page long legal notice, charging him with ‘intimidating and threatening’ her. She holds her ground confidently with the argument that since she didn’t take his name, he cannot press defamation charges.

Kangana has apparently given the actor 5 days to respond to her notice, but team Hrithik hasn’t reacted yet. Well, with legal notices being slapped left right and centre, it is clear that the cold war between Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan might just take an ugly turn very soon. But, to add to the existing confusion, Hrithik Roshan has denied the very existence of a film titled Aashiqui 3.
