A week after releasing a new music video with the title track ‘Can’t Stop The Feeling’ – which featured the cast of upcoming movie ‘Trolls’, an animated feature film being released by DreamWorks Animation – Justin Timberlake launched the single with a new video (this time without the star cast of the film) on ‘The Ellen Show’.

The music video starts of with JT sitting at a coffee shop enjoying his meal, and moves on to him singing and dancing while people from different walks of life follow suit. The song is layered with a strong bass as well as a hint of gospel choir music at the bridge. Wind instruments are also used to heighten the positive mood the single is trying to create.

Justin has always been known for creating beautiful hooks with mature lyrics as can be heard on his previous singles such as ‘Sexy Back’ and ‘Lovestoned’. This new single then, can be seen as a bit of a departure for him, as it feels like a more approachable and family-friendly sound. Just as well, considering the movie is targeted towards a younger audience. This song can easily be regarded as the summer hit of 2016.
