The trailer for season two of web series It’s Not That Simple has been released. The show debuted in 2016 and starred Swara Bhasker as woman stuck in an unhappy marriage alongside Vivan Bhatena, Akshay Oberoi and Karanveer Mehra.
Season two sees Swara return as a newly divorced single mom trying to navigate a patriarchal world of gender bias and societal pressure. She struggles to find a balance between being a mother, building a successful career and finding love again.

The cast of the show also includes Permanent Roommates star Sumeet Vyas and Purab Kohli. It’s Not That Simple will be available to stream on Voot from 14 December.
