Love per Square Foot is set in Mumbai and revolves around a middle-class pair who dreams of a house of their own in the city some day. Sanjay Chaturvedi (Vicky Kaushal) and Karina D'Souza (Angira Dhar) work in the same bank. Sanjay and Karina accidentally end up together and decide to buy a house. All they demand is space in the city and the film explores their chemistry vis-a-vis the spatial politics.

Love per Square Foot is a rom-com produced by Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP Productions, directed by Anand Tiwari, and written by Tiwari, Asif Ali Beg, and Sumeet Vyas. Ratna Pathak Shah and Supriya Pathak are seen playing prominent roles in the film, alongside actor Raghubir Yadav.
