As Bigg Boss Season 11 is on in full swing, the online partners of the show recently launched a spin-off of the reality show, Bigg Boss Ka Bigg Buzz. Yes, you read that right, there is a spin-off of Bigg Boss. Actually, I get that. Why shouldn’t there be one?
The voyeuristic show is one of the most watched TV series for years now. With Twitter and Facebook used more than ever, the viewers are talking more and more about the show, about the housemates, and of course, their opinions of both.
So what exactly is Bigg Boss Ka Bigg Buzz? Read on.
The format of the show is very interesting. Voot has managed to bring in Priya Malik, a former Bigg Boss contestant and Sahil Khattar, the star of many YouTube videos. As the hosts of the show, these two are nothing short of hilarious as they share their take on the past week’s events.
The hosts then discuss the contestants and their antics. They also declare the top five contestants with data that has been collated from the internet. The number of tweets, the most loved and hated contestants, all the numbers are broken down and presented in a fun manner.
And that isn’t all. In the first episode, the hosts even connected with Vindu Dara Singh and Nitibha Kaul, again, ex-contestants, for their inputs on the currents season. But it isn’t all celebs, they even connect with the aam junta to ask about their opinions.
Bigg Boss Ka Bigg Buzz even reached out to Lucinda Nichols, the evicted contestant of Bigg Boss Season 11. And boy, did she let it rip!
Well, for more on Bigg Boss Ka Bigg Buzz, we met Sahil Khattar, Live, over the weekend to speak more about both shows. Watch the video:
On a personal note, Bigg Boss Ka Bigg Buzz is a fun way to catch up on Bigg Boss Season 11, specially if you can’t catch the episodes on a daily basis. Otherwise, of course, you can always watch it on Voot.
