Father Salim Asks Why His Apology For Salman Didn’t Stop The Media

He asked why is Salman being held under a guillotine when he has not committed a crime.

The debate on Salman Khan’s outrageous rape analogy has taken yet another turn. His father Salim had earlier said that despite what Salman said, his intention was not wrong.

He even apologised on behalf of the superstar. But every time Salman had a chance to do the same, he chose to remain silent.

Now Khan’s father has made several comments on how the media has taken the issue to a point of saturation when he had hoped his apology early on would end the debate for good.

He also asked what is the meaning of holding a person “under the guillotine, who knows rightly or wrongly that he has not committed a crime.”
