Coldplay’s recent single Hymn For The Weekend starring queen bee Beyonce and Sonam Kapoor (for a brief second) has made its way to number one on iTunes India. The video may have spurred debates on ‘cultural appropriation’ but in the end, everyone seems to be singing along.

The band’s manager Phil Harvey put out a set of three tweets thanking India for being welcoming, and of course, making their fans a promise that may or may not be the reason some people are losing their cool.

Did we just read a confirmation (somewhat) of a Coldplay concert in India? Of course, our hopes are raised now.

We sure hope their tour A Head Full of Dreams makes its way to India. Imagine how visually amazing that concert will be! Pretty much a live set of their new hit song, we reckon.

Until then, angels sent from up above, you know you make [our] world light up, Coldplay.
