Marvel Studio has shared a new logo for the upcoming Avengers sequel Endgame. The logo comes on the heels of the first trailer released last week. The purple and gold scheme of the new logo has already sparked speculation, with fans claiming that it is a reference to the mad titan Thanos. Thanos was the primary villain of this year’s Avengers: Infinity War and emerged victorious at the end of that film. Endgame reportedly involves around the Avengers making a last stand to defeat Thanos once and for all.

Earlier this week, Marvel also shared the first poster for Avengers: Endgame, which sees the iconic Avengers logo being turned to ash, just like half the population of the universe at the end of Infinity War.
Avengers: Endgame releases 26 April, 2019. Meanwhile, you can keep dissecting the ominous first trailer.
