In the action-packed trailer our man is up against Cable, the time-traveling soldier cybernetic mutant, played by the formidable Josh Brolin. We see DP handpicking a team to take him down.

Speckled with his trademark facetious remarks, the trailer fares well in terms of the comic quotient. Sample this: “I was rounding up all the gluten in the world and launching it into space where it can’t not hurt us ever again.”

The trailer also ushers...WAIT FOR IT....the kid from Waititi’s The Hunt for the Wilderpeople - Julian Dennison to the franchise.

Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Leslie Uggams, and Stefan Kapicic turn up for this party again.
