Indians, Why Do You Secretly Record Comedy Shows? Vir Das Asks

Vir Das might be one of India’s most successful comedians, but just like his colleagues, he can’t expect the basic of courtesies from his countrymen. Anywhere in the world. Currently touring the US, Vir has taken to social media to request Indians to not record comedy shows secretly and follow rules that everyone else respect.

According to Vir, requests to not record the show have fallen on deaf ears despite three backstage announcements and a personal request from him.
