Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal welcomed their first child, a baby girl on Monday, 3 June. The news was confirmed by the new grandfather, filmmaker David Dhawan, to Hindustan Times. "It’s a baby girl," he said. Varun has now shared a video after the couple welcomed their first child.
"Our baby girl is here...Thank u for all the good wishes for the mama and the baby," Varun Dhawan wrote on his Instagram.
Earlier, the couple had arrived at Mumbai's Hinduja Hospital after Natasha reportedly went into labour. A video of the same also surfaced on social media. Other members of the Dhawan family were also spotted at the hospital. Have a look:
Varun and Natasha announced the news of their pregnancy on social media earlier in February, this year. Taking to Instagram, Varun shared a monochrome picture of himself kissing Natasha's baby bump. He wrote in the caption, "We are pregnant. Need all your blessings and love."
