Shah Rukh Khan recently met with acid attack survivors and interacted with them. His non-profit organisation, Meer Foundation, is aiding the treatment of 120 such survivors.

Shah Rukh Khan took to Instagram on Friday afternoon and shared a photo which he took with the women. “Thank u @meerfoundationofficial for the initiative of #ToGetHerTransformed and best of luck and health to the 120 ladies whose surgeries are underway. And all the docs who r helping us with this noble cause,” he captioned it.

Meer Foundation’s official Instagram handle also shared some photos from the event, wherein Shah Rukh is seen talking to the group.

Meer foundation was founded by Shah Rukh in 2013 and named after his father Meer Taj Mohammed Khan. It supports victims of acid attack, taking care of their treatment and providing them jobs and other facilities. It also takes care of underprivileged children.
