Contrary to popular perception, the Bhaijaan of Bollywood doesn’t always gets away with everything. The “Ek baar jo maine commitment ka di, uske baad to main khud ki bhi nahin sunta” dude had to face bitter rejection when the owner of a horse, Siraj Pathan declined Salman Khan’s monumental offer of Rs 2 crore for a rare-breed horse, Saqab.

Pathan bought the horse when it was a five-year-old at Rs 14.5 lac in Rajasthan’s Palotara Fair.

Boasting a walking speed of 43kmph, the horse, with a match only in two horses in the world, can apparently maintain the same position throughout so that the rider is undisturbed. Nothing has been able to break the winning streak of the stallion, who has been unbeaten in 19 straight races. No wonder, Salman had set his gaze on this one.
