Saif Nervous to Watch Sara in Kedarnath, Despite Kareena’s Request

He has been putting it off for way too long.

Sara Ali Khan’s much-awaited debut film Kedarnath, starring Sushant Singh Rajput has released this Friday, 7 December.

As is usual the film had multiple preview screenings for members of the media, celebs and those close to the film to watch. One person who has not watched the film despite having the opportunity is Sara’s dad Sacred Games-star Saif Ali Khan.

You heard that right! According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, Saif can’t bring himself to watch daughter’s debut on the big screen because he is too nervous.

Sara’s mother Amrita Singh has seen the film but Saif didn’t respond even after director Abhisek Kapoor invited him to a screening.

When asked by press recently if he’d seen Kedarnath, Saif confirmed the reports, saying "No I haven’t seen Kedarnath yet. But, I will very soon."

A source close to the actor reportedly had this to say.

“He is just petrified to watch Sara on screen. Kareena (Kapoor) keeps urging him to watch ‘Kedarnath’. But, Saif keeps putting it off.”

We have to say, that’s kind of adorable! Now that the film is released in theatres, Saif will be running out of excuses pretty soon.
