Believe it or not, it’s about to be a year since Bollywood actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married in one of the most elaborately planned wedding ceremonies that spanned not just days but also places across India. Now, as the couple completes a whole year of being wedded, the obvious question is that how exactly do the Padmaavat actors plan on marking occasion.
Just like their wedding, Deepika and Ranveer have decided to leave no stone unturned in the planning for this occasion. The couple has a hectic, but exciting, three-day trip planned to ring in their one-year wedding anniversary.
To begin with, DeepVeer will be taking off from Mumbai on the morning of 13 November. They’ll first head down south and then up north. Their trip will be a religious one steeped in India’s traditions.
First, Deepika and Ranveer will land in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The couple will visit he Balaji temple first to seek blessings. Following that, they will visit the Padmavati temple. This will mark the end of their trip down south.
Next, the couple will hop onto a flight and fly to Amritsar, Punjab. There, they will visit the Golden Temple and seek blessings.
Deepika and Ranveer’s travel itinerary ends on 15 November. The actors will be embarking on this voyage with their family and the entire family will return back to Mumbai on 15 November.
Most recently, actor Janhvi Kapoor was also spotted at the Golden Temple in Amritsar, just before she began shooting for her upcoming film Dostana 2 with Kartik Aaryan.
Deepika and Ranveer had gotten married in Lake Como, Italy on 14 November. They solemnised their relationship after six years of dating each other. Ranveer and Deepika first met each other on the sets on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela.
