Ahead of her rumoured December wedding with fiancé Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra turned heads at her bridal shower on Sunday, October 28 in New York City. She recently took to Instagram to post a picture of what looks like her bachelorette party. It seems like the affair would be stretched out across a few days what with the bride-to-be ‘setting sail’.
The bachelorette is underway in Amsterdam and it seems like PeeCee’s squad is painting the town red.
The couple has not announced the wedding date but the Quantico actor spoke about the ease of their relationship recently to People Magazine.
This is the first time I was comfortable with being with someone who is such an incredible partner, so it just felt natural... And plus there was a ring on it! I always said that when there’s a ring on it I’ll talk about it because you’re single until you’re married, said PeeCee.
#NickYanka made their relationship official with a roka ceremony in Mumbai on 18 August. While we are yet to find out more details about the D-Day, it seems their wedding dates might clash with one of #DeepVeer’s reception.
"The wedding will take place on November 30 and the three-day long functions include a sangeet ceremony on November 29 and a reception on December 1. They have invited a select guest list of 110 people including relatives and close friends," a source told Hindustan Times.
The source added that with Umaid Bhawan palace as the wedding venue, the sangeet ceremony and the bachelor's night will be held at the Mehrangarh Fort.
“Both Priyanka and Nick will be dressed in Indian designer outfits for their D-Day and they have already started meeting the designers. Nick might wear a Manish Malhotra design,” the source revealed.
From giving piggyback rides to her soon-to-be sister-in-law Sophie Turner to gallivanting on the streets, the boss girls are having a great time in Netherlands.
Apparently our desi girl is a tequila fan!
Parineeti has joined the bachelorette squad too!
