The Jonas Brothers dropped their much awaited comeback album Happiness Begins on 7 June. One of the songs in the 14-track album, ‘I Believe' is actually a love letter that Nick Jonas had written for his wife, Priyanka Chopra, Nick revealed. He told Apple Music, “And this song is a love letter to my wife. I’m so excited to play it on tour.”
Joe Jonas confirmed that the song has been ready for about seven months now and the brothers listened to it at Nick’s bachelor party. “ It sounds even better by the beach,” he said.
‘I Believe’ was composed by the brothers with producer Greg Kurstin, who has also worked with artists like Adele and Beck. Happiness Begins is the trio’s first album since 2013’s Live.
The Jonas Brothers had earlier released singles 'Sucker' and 'Cool’ from the album in March and April respectively. The video for ‘Sucker’, which brought back Kevin, Nick and Joe after a gap of six years, featured the brothers with their respective partners – Danielle Jonas, Priyanka Chopra and Sophie Turner. The single garnered a lot of praise and debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
Nick Jonas gifted Priyanka a brand new Maybach in celebration of the single’s success. Chopra had posted a photograph of the two with the car, on Instagram. “When the hubby goes number one.. the wifey gets a Maybach !! Introducing.. Extra Chopra Jonas.. haha .. I love you baby!! Yaaay! Best husband ever..” she wrote alongside the photo.
