Earlier played by Hina Khan, the character will now be portrayed by Ek Villain actor Aamna Sharif.

The promo shows that Komolika will return in Prerna and Anurag’s life, donning a new face after plastic surgery. From the looks of it, Aamna has already adapted to the mannerisms of the character, with the signature smirk and expressions of Komolika.
