After calling for the destruction of Pakistan earlier post the attack on CRPF jawans in Pulwama on 14 February, actor Kangana Ranaut has made a new comment about the tense situation between Indian and Pakistan. Speaking at a media conclave on Saturday, Kangana said that she felt like she wanted “to go to the border and snatch somebody’s gone and do the deed”.
Kangana who is known for her candid and controversial comments began by defending her statement for the destruction of Pakistan. “Well, I think it was just a very instinctive sentiment that we all felt at that time when we were faced with that sort of shocking incident that took place, possibly the most brutal and the most inhuman in centuries and it will always be a deep scar and a deep wound in all of our conscience, so obviously I was deeply moved by the whole brutality of that action,” said Kangana.
The actor went on to say that it’s not necessary to double think your reaction in such times and it’s alright to let your instinct take over. Kangana then went on to say that she felt she wanted “to go to the border and snatch somebody’s gun and do the deed, so yeah that was my very instinctive reaction.”
