He won the award for a lifetime of achievement on this day but it took a lifetime to prove. So many people mourn the life of the man but that was a life well lived... RIP with love.”
In her post, Kajol said that the photo was clicked during an award ceremony, where Veeru Devgan was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Ajay Devgn’s father, veteran action director Veeru Devgan passed away in Mumbai on 27 May at the age of 85. Veeru Devgan had choreographed fight sequences of many iconic films, including Mr Natwarlal, Himmatwala, Kranti, Shahenshah, Tridev, and Phool Aur Kaante, among many others.
Recently, Anil Kapoor took to Twitter to remember Veeru Devgan after Mr India completed 32 years. Veeru Devgan had choreographed the action sequences of the film.
