Netizens condoled the demise of former Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj, who passed away in New Delhi on Tuesday, 6 August, after suffering a cardiac arrest. While many users on Twitter remembered the 67-year-old leader for her contribution as the external affairs minister, others remembered her legacy as the first female chief minister of Delhi.
As Swaraj breathed her last, Bollywood celebs took to twitter to condole the “people’s leader’s” death.
Swaraj was born on 14 February 1952 in Haryana’s Ambala Cantt. She entered politics in early 1970s and in November 2018, she announced her retirement citing health reasons.
