Our celebs always make sure they stay fit, we can also call it a job hazard. We do see all their gym videos and try to get motivated but what do they eat? For sure not vada pav and chaat. Here are few food items that our celebs swear by.

Avocado

Till few years ago I didn't even know what an avocado is? Today thanks to these film stars, Avocado has become a star. So every time you spot some green spread on a piece of bread on any of the star's Insta feed captioned "healthy breakfast" you know it’s avocado. This fruit has remarkable health benefits, but just one avocado costs somewhere from Rs 130 to Rs 226. But don't worry you can replace it with coconut pulp or virgin coconut oil for the same benefits.

Cold Press Juices

You will always see actors sipping on their favourite smoothies or juices. These are not any ordinary juices, they are cold pressed juices, which means that this juice is extracted by crushing and grinding the produce without spinning blades or heat which ensures no nutrients and live enzymes die out. If you want to do this at home, a cold press juicer will cost you nothing less than Rs 10,000. And if you opt to buy them, it’s almost Rs 100 a bottle. But don’t worry, you can replace it with coconut pulp or virgin coconut oil with the same benefits.

Bowl of Fruit

Even better than having any kind of juice is biting into fresh fruit. These celebs never skip their bowl of fruits. Whether it’s breakfast or snack, a fruit a day keeps the doctor away. But the nutritionists say, one fruit at a time – no mixing but at least you are having a fruit.

Makhana

When hunger pangs kick in we snack on soya sticks, biscuits, navratna mixture, pop corn while the stars go for, makhana. I swear I have seen Kareena eating makhana with tea in the evening. What are makhanas? Makhanas are lotus seeds that are edible after being processed and are highly nutritious. But not cheese makhana or flavoured makhana. Go for simple roasted makahanas.

Flax Seeds

This is something most actors make sure is a part of their diet. It's either sprinkled on their salad, or blended with their juice. Flax seeds are a must for healthy skin and gorgeous hair. But listen the hair they show on shampoo ads is absolutely fake.
