Even while fans wait for Priyanka Chopra react to news of her engagement, Nick Jonas seems to have practically confirmed it. According to an eyewitnesses who told US Weekly, the 25-year-old singer reacted to a fan who congratulated him on his engagement to Priyanka with “Thanks, man”.
Although, it’s coming from indirect sources, this does add fuel to the fire.
Speaking about living in the public glare, Priyanka had earlier said, “My entire life — my personal life — is not for public consumption”.
“Ninety percent of my life is for public consumption, but 10 percent is for me. I’m a girl; I have the right to keep that to myself,” said the actor who has recently kicked off the shooting of her Bollywood project, The Sky Is Pink in Mumbai.
She added: “My family, my friendships and my relationships are things I don’t think I need to defend or explain to anyone. I am not running for office, so I don’t think I need to give explanations … Sometimes I laugh, sometimes I get annoyed. Mostly, I tell my publicists, ‘Let it be. Today’s news is tomorrow’s trash.’”
Also starring Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim, The Sky Is Pink will be directed by Shonali Bose and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur under his home banner Roy Kapur Films.
