Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh sealed the deal and got married in a traditional Chitrapur Saraswat-style ceremony on 14 November followed by a Sindhi Anand Karaj ceremony on 15 November.
The couple had their first reception in Bengaluru on 21 November. This was followed by a private bash that Ranveer Singh’s sister Ritika threw for the couple at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai on 24 November. DeepVeer has another reception lined up in Mumbai on 28 November and a Bollywood party on 1 December.
Deepika’s stylist Shaleena Nathani posted a picture of the bride’s gorgeous Frida Kahlo-inspired look. She was dressed in a floral Sabyasachi lehenga with roses in her hair and smokey eyes.
Videos of the couple dancing the night away have been doing the rounds. In one, Ranveer gleefully announces to the room that he has married “the most beautiful girl in the world”.
Looks like Ranveer finally got to let off some steam.
