American actor and comedian Aziz Ansari will perform in India this May as part of his international stand-up tour titled Road to Nowhere. Aziz is of Indian descent. He is best known for his Netflix series Master of None and the sitcom Parks & Recreation.
Aziz will be performing two shows each in Mumbai and Delhi between 24 and 26 May. In Mumbai, he will perform at the NCPA Tata Theatre on 24 and 25 May. In New Delhi, Aziz will do two shows on 26 May at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium. Tickets for the shows are now available on Book My Show and prices range from Rs 1200 to Rs 5000.
Road to Nowhere is Aziz’s first tour ever since sexual assault allegations against the comedian broke out in January 2018. He responded to the claims stating he was "surprised and concerned". He opened up about the allegations in a show in February, saying that he took some time off to process the situation and reply privately. "It made me think about a lot, and I hope I’ve become a better person," Aziz added.
