As the brand ambassador of Grey Goose, Kangana is representing and celebrating Indian cinema at the Cannes Film Festival. Speaking at the Indian Pavilion earlier, Kangana said:

We have four regional films that are being screened here. It is very endearing that our regional films - Bengali, Malayalam, Punjabi, Assamese - are getting such a platform and will be showcased here. Someone made a film for the first time in Lakshwadeep and it is getting such a grand platform as Cannes! The fact that filmmakers are now getting such wide platforms is great.

Before her second red carpet outing, Kangana stepped out for a quick shopping session in a summery blue number.

Kangana Ranaut chose a heavily sequinned but sensual black sari as she exuded an old world charm with her bouffant-inspired hairdo for her first appearance at the 71st Cannes Film Festival. The stylish actor looked resplendent in a Sabyasachi Mukherjee sari.
