Kapil Sharma’s ex-manager, Neeti Simoes, took to Twitter to write a letter to the comedian commenting on his mental health. The comedian has been in the news since his fallout with Sunil Grover last year. His new show Family Time With Kapil is also reportedly going off-air after he cancelled shoots with various Bollywood celebrities. One factor which has led to this has been his phone call to an entertainment journalist where he hurled abuses at him, as well as his alleged alcoholism and depression.

Neeti and her sister, Preeti Simoes – creative director of Comedy Nights With Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show – have been accused of being “responsible for driving Kapil into depression”. Neeti, in her open letter, writes that she wants to clear the air with Kapil and help him out during this trying time.

Kapil has also reportedly filed a police complaint against the Simoes sisters for extorting money from him. In her open letter, Neeti speaks about the accusations thrown their way, and the need to clear the air by talking face-to-face.
