Priyanka Chopra took to Twitter to launch the trailer of Monsoon Shootout. Starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Vijay Verma and Neeraj Kabi, it traces a cop-and-killer-game revolving around the moment when a cop has a split second to decide whether he wants to shoot the man in front or not. However, this is not the USP of the Amit Kumar directorial.
The Monsoon Shootout trailer is being pegged as India’s first interactive trailer, where you - the audience - decide whether the cop should shoot or not. And as expected, the decision would lead to different chain of events.

That said, Monsoon Shootout is very reminiscent of Anurag Kashyap’s Raman Raghav 2.0.
Produced by Monga, Anurag Kashyap, Arun Rangachari and Vivek Rangachari, the film also stars Tannishtha Chatterjee. Word is that entire film would be interactive - if true, that would indeed be a cinematic innovation to experience. Monsoon Shootout releases on 15 December.
