1. From Chaiwala to PM: Eros Now’s Modi Web Series Trailer is Out
OTT platform Eros Now has released the trailer to its upcoming web series on Narendra Modi. Titled Modi - Journey of a Common Man, the 10-episode show highlights pivotal events in Modi’s life that led to him becoming India’s incumbent prime minister.

The series is helmed by 102 Not Out director Umesh Shukla and produced by Benchmark Pictures. It stars Faisal Khan, Ashish Sharma, Mahesh Thakur, Darshan Jariwalla and Makrand Deshpande, and features a soundtrack by Salim Sulaiman. It will be available on Eros Now from April, the same month the Lok Sabha elections commence.

2. Mika Offers Savi Sidhu Role in His Bipasha-Karan Production
Last week, a video of actor Savi Sidhu went viral where he spoke about his struggling days and what led him to take up a security guard's job.
Now, singer Mika Singh has offered Savi a role in his upcoming production Aadat and also a full time job at his office. Aadat is directed by Bhushan Patel and stars real-life couple Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover.

3. Taapsee as Amrita Pritam and Abhishek as Sahir In Bhansali’s Film?
The idea of a film on writer and poet Amrita Pritam has been in the works for a long time now. While different filmmakers have showed an interest in making a film about Amrita Pritam and her relationship with lyricist and poet Sahir Ludhianvi, it’s Sanjay Leela Bhansali who as reportedly made it to the finishing line and will be producing a film on the life and times of the renowned Punjabi poet.
According to a report in the Mumbai Mirror, Bhansali’s team has zeroed in on Taapsee Pannu to play the role of Amrita Pritam and Abhishek Bachchan to step into Sahir Ludhianvi’s shoes. The film will be directed by writer-director Jasmeet Reen, whose filmography as a writer includes titles like Force 2 and Fanney Khan.

4. Come Back Please: Arjun Pens Emotional Note in Memory of Mom Mona
Arjun Kapoor remembered his mother Mona Shourie Kapoor on her seventh death anniversary in an Instagram post. He shared a picture of his mother with him as a toddler and wrote: “You were my smile & I hope wherever you are I make you smile still... it’s been 7 years since you left us & all your son is asking you is come back na, please.”

5. Dilip Kumar Gets Relief From Bombay HC in Property Dispute
The Bombay High Court has struck down an order by an arbitration tribunal directing veteran actor Dilip Kumar to give an undertaking to secure property worth Rs 25 crore in a dispute with a builder over his property at Pali Hill in Mumbai. The builder had claimed damages worth Rs 176 crore for terminating an agreement made in 2006 to redevelop his bungalow.
