After setting the box office ablaze with Tiger Zinda Hai and Race 3 , Salman Khan has now begun filming for Bharat, an official adaptation of the Korean film Ode to My Father. Stylist Ashley Rebello took to Instagram to post a picture of what could possibly be Salman Khan’s look from the film.

2. Amitabh Bachchan-Taapsee Pannu’s ‘Badla’ Gets a Release Date
Sujoy Ghosh’s next film Badla, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu, will release on 8 March 2019. Taapsee shared the news on social media. Badla is a thriller and has been shot extensively in Scotland. The film reunites Big B with Taapsee after the much-acclaimed Pink.

3. ‘Genius’ Trailer With Nawaz: Another Bombastic Action Flick
Anil Sharma, director of films like Gadar and Hero: Love Story of a Spy, is back with his new movie Genius. Genius stars Anil’s son Utkarsh Sharma and Ishita Chauhan in the lead roles. The two newcomers are joined by Mithun Chakraborty, Ayesha Jhulka and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
From the trailer, Genius seems to continue the director’s tradition of loud, bombastic action movies with a heavy dose of desh-bhakti. Mithunda starts off the trailer by extolling the virtues of a true genius (hint: it’s not just being smart.) Utkarsh plays a brilliant college student who is eventually revealed to be, in fact, a RAW agent. While in college he parrots a curious mixture of Sanskrit and Chemistry, on duty we see him protect the country by rescuing an Indian flag from a hail of bullets.

4. Cameron’s ‘Alita: Battle Angel’ Trailer Boots up Sci-Fi Magic
James Cameron has been working on Alita: Battle Angel for ages. Now that the filmmaker is busy with his Avatar sequels, he has decided to hand over the directorial reigns to Robert Rodriguez while staying on as producer. Rodriguez is best known for the Sin City and El Mariachi series.
Alita: Battle Angel is an adaption of the manga series Gunnm by Yukito Kishiro. It stars Rosa Salazar in the lead along with Christoph Waltz, Jennifer Connelly and Mahershala Ali. While the first teaser for the film was focused on the titular character, the new trailer gives a broader view of the world and sci-fi action spectacle you can expect. The combination of two highly-stylised filmmakers like Cameron and Rodriguez is bound to be interesting.

5. Guess What’s Tiger Shroff’s Latest Investment?
Tiger Shroff has recently bought an eight bedroom house in upscale Khar and plans to move in by next year. The actor, who was last seen in Baaghi 2 opposite Disha Patani, had been looking for a suitable place and this apartment meets his requirements perfectly.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, “Tiger had been hunting for an ideal property for a while now and was really excited when he came across this one. The deal came through earlier this month and his family is extremely happy about Tiger’s latest investment.”
