CBFC has stayed the release of High Jack, which is being touted as India's first stoner comedy film. The film, which stars Sumeet Vyas, Sonnalli Sehgal, Mantra, Sarthak Kakar, and Kumud Mishra among others, has been sent to the revision committee and will not now release on 20 April. A new release date would be announced soon.

High Jack won’t be making it to cinemas tomorrow as it has been referred by the CBFC to the revision committee. There is a procedural time involved for the process, and we will hopefully announce a new release date soon.”
