In the wee hours of the night, the housemates wake up to the noise of a siren wondering what’s in store for them.
And what follows shocks everyone. Bigg Boss, in a landmark move, announced that the house will not be divided between celebrities and sevaks anymore.
Which makes sense, cuz the whole Sevak versus Maalik narrative was starting to get old, anyway! And just so everyone is clear, Bigg Boss set the rule book on fire (You know, for dramatic effect?).
An excited Bani from the celebrities camp tells Nitibha that the real game has just begun. We are inclined to agree.
Welcoming this new change, the housemates wake up to the song ‘Zindagi Ek Safar Hai Suhana’.
For the first time in the house, Karan, Gaurav, Manu, Manveer and Mona discuss delegation of household chores because everyone has to work now. Which, of course, means ke kitchen mein anban toh hogi hi.
Bidding For Om Swami
Next up in the week’s agenda, the contestants are given their luxury budget points. They are given 1400 points and four options of luxury budget hampers to choose from. While the first three hampers contain food items, the fourth one consists of Swamiji. (Bigg Boss sure knows how to make a joke!)
Although the contestants are excited to see Om Swami put up on display as one of the options, they ditch Swamiji for luxury budget goodies.
Good choice, that!
As Karma Would Have It
But, Om Swamiji had to come back. And cause an uproar while at it. So while some rejoiced at his re-entry, others were just meh about it.
And then, Bigg Boss drops a bomb on them and introduces a new task Parda Phaash.
The contestants find out how Swamiji was in a secret room all along, listening to everyone plot and plan “behind his back”.
Swami ji starts with Monalisa, first putting allegation on her for backstabbing him and also questions Manu and her relationship. Mona, not one to take things lying down, properly gives it back to him.
So after 23 days of mostly nothing, the real game begins now.
