Anushka Sharma Relates to Her ‘Sultan’ Character in Many Ways

Anushka Sharma opens up about how much she relates to her character Aarfa in ‘Sultan’.

At a recent promotional event, Sultan’s love interest Aarfa aka Anushka Sharma got talking about the similarities between her on-screen and off-screen avatars.

Aarfa is an independent person who believes in standing up for herself and speaking up. She has a strong father in the film. She is much like me. My father is a very strong man. He always taught me to speak up, make decisions on my own.

Going by how Anushka deals with trolls and haters, we know that this ambitious actor does not believe in taking things lying down. The Sultan actress also spoke about her father saying that he is a strong man who has always taught her to defend herself in every situation.

Having worked with Aamir, Shah Rukh and now Salman, Anushka said that she looks forward to working with Hrithik Roshan.

I had never thought that I would be working with all the other actors I have worked with till now. I would love to work with Hrithik when the right kind of film comes.
