Shah Rukh Khan plays a baddie in his upcoming thriller Raees, which releases on 25 January, 2017. SRK’s character Raees Alam is a bootlegger with ‘baniye ka dimaag, and miyanbhai ki daring’. But this isn’t the first time we will see him shed his default image of a romantic hero.

Though king Khan has been epitomised for his romantic on-screen persona, but one has to say that he plays the villain with equal élan. So here’s a look at his box-office performances as the malicious, maniacal and freaky villainous avatar, that his dimples usually hide so well-
