Riding on a massive Narendra Modi wave sweeping through most parts of India, the NDA is now set to return to power, winning more than 350 seats, as per the latest Election Commission trends.
Meanwhile, the Congress-led UPA trails far behind with just 88 seats, according to the latest trends released by the poll body for all 542 seats that went to polls.
On its own, the BJP could end up winning more than 300 seats, which is enough to form the government on its own.
