Voting for Phase 3 of Lok Sabha Election took place today in 13 states and two union territories to elect representatives on 117 seats. The voting for Phase 3 elections began at 7 am and concluded at 6 am. The third phase saw all the seats in Gujarat (26), Kerala (20), Goa (2), Dadra and Nagar Haveli (1) and Daman and Diu (1) go to polls.
Polling also too place for 4 seats in Assam, 5 in Bihar, 7 in Chhattisgarh, 1 in Jammu and Kashmir, 14 in Karnataka, 14 in Maharashtra, 6 in Odisha, 10 in Uttar Pradesh, and 5 in West Bengal.
The results of the Lok Sabha election 2019 will be announced on May 23. The 2019 Lok Sabha polls will be held in a seven phases from April 11 to May 19. The seven phases will cover 543 constituencies.
