You all believe in the divine, but few questions arise in my mind,
Those who have faith, ask me, what is bothering me?
Sometimes I wonder, why did the god create this world?
Children die of hunger, full of misery and war and conflict,
Let’s for once agree that your God made this universe,
But if he made all these wonders and sorrows, why didn't he pay heed to the weak?
Some speak of Ram, others praise Allah to be great,
Some preach Akal Purakh, and rest say Christ is supreme,
So many names, and they all are the same.
Now you tell what is all this mess about.
