1. Something About ‘Jagga Jasoos’ Is Making Ranbir’s Dad Very Angry
The three years that have gone into making the Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jasoos, seem to have taken a toll on the nerves of everyone concerned. We hear that director Anurag Basu is not making it any easier for anyone involved. Apparently, he has so far refused to show the film to anyone and that includes its leading man Ranbir Kapoor and his family.

2. Salman Khan & Akshay Kumar’s ‘Battle of Saragarhi’ Shelved
While Akshay was to play the lead in this historical drama, Salman Khan and Karan Johar were to jointly co-produce this lavish take on one of the bravest chapters from the history of the India. Akshay was to play Havaldar Ishar Singh, the military commander of 21 Sikh soldiers in British India who on 12 September 1897 led his men through a deathly battle against thousands of Afghani invaders. This clash came to be famously known as the Battle Of Saragarhi.
Earlier when rumours of Salman backing out of the project began doing the rounds, the star tweeted about his commitment to doing a film with Akshay, which could mean that while the Saragarhi project has been shelved, the two stars may still work together for another film.

3. Out Now: Latth Maar Holi Song From ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’
Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar released a new song from their upcoming social drama, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. The holi song showcases the age-old custom of Latth Maar Holi followed in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, where the women beat the men of the village with sticks.
The new holi song is sung by Sonu Nigam and Palak Muchhal and it has been composed by Manas-Shikhar.

5. Tarantino’s Next to Bring Back the Gruesome Manson Family Murders
Oscar-winning director Quentin Tarantino is back in action. He has started work on his next project which would be based on the infamous Manson family murders.
According to The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline, the filmmaker is already scouting for A-list talent for his as-yet-untitled project that revolves around the murder of director Roman Polanski’s pregnant actor wife Sharon Tate along with four others.
