The winter session of the Parliament has commenced. The Lok Sabha observed two minutes of silence for the victims of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
Rajya Sabha was adjourned for the day after obituary references.
But that’s not the point of this article. This is an attempt at bringing out what was going on in the heads of our esteemed parliamentarians on Day 1 of the winter session. So here goes.
