Every year, 1.2 crore Indians enter the workforce without any guarantee that they’ll find a job. Statistics show that one of every three graduates is unemployed. The number of jobs that are created is grossly inadequate compared to the demand and several people, despite being equipped with the requisite qualification are failing to secure jobs.
